Quiche

Serves 12

 

  • 8 Egg whites (1 or 2 yolks)
  • 3 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • Fresh chives, salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Beat all together
  • Place in a greased muffin tray
  • Bake in pre-heated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes

Eat 2 or 3 per meal
