Lunch Wraps

Phase 2

Ingredients:

•2 large cos lettuce leaves

•1/2 onion finely chopped

•1 stalk of celery finely chopped

•1/4 cup cucumber finely chopped

•100g minced meat

•1 serving of 123Diet dressing options (please email us for recipes for dressings, admin@123diet.com.au)

Directions:

•Fry meat and onion in a non stick frying pan until cooked

• Mix together mince, vegetables and 123Diet dressing or seasoning of your choice.

•Lay your cos lettuce flat and place mixture in each lettuce.

•Roll lettuce leaf around your mixture and eat.
