Herbed Grilled Catfish (phase 2 / phase 3)

Ingredients:

  • 8 catfish fillets.
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
  • 2 teaspoons oregano.
  • 2 teaspoons thyme.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 tablespoon paprika.

 

Directions:

  • Place fish in a grill basket coated with cooking spray.
  • Combine the herbs and spices and coat fish evenly on both sides.
  • Grill fillets over a medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  • Serve immediately.
