Curried Chicken Salad


• 100g chicken

• 1 onion chopped fine

• 1 cups lettuce

• 1 TBS cream (replaces milk allowance)

• 1 TBS curry powder


Fry onion chicken together in a non stick pan until brown.

Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute

Add cream and stir in for 1 minute

Serve over a bed of lettuce
