Morning tea: Apple
Lunch: 2 x Mini Quiche and celery
Quiche Recipe (Makes 12)
8 Egg whites (1 or 2 yolks)
3 Chopped tomatoes
1 Chopped onion
Fresh chives, salt and pepper to taste
Beat all together
Place in a greased muffin tray
Bake in pre-heated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes
Afternoon tea: 2 mini toast with some chopped tomato
