Apple Crumble

Need something sweet to satisfy those sugar cravings while on our diet? Try this vegetarian and vegan-friendly apple crumble with cinnamon, lemon juice, toast, stevia, and apple slices.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Tsp water
  • 1 Tsp stevia
  • 3/4 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Melba mini toast

Directions:

  1. Grate or slice an apple.
  2. Sprinkle with water, stevia, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Crush 2 melba toast, mix together.
  4. Bake in oven until golden brown.
