Need something sweet to satisfy those sugar cravings while on our diet? Try this vegetarian and vegan-friendly apple crumble with cinnamon, lemon juice, toast, stevia, and apple slices.
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tsp water
- 1 Tsp stevia
- 3/4 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Melba mini toast
- Grate or slice an apple.
- Sprinkle with water, stevia, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Crush 2 melba toast, mix together.
- Bake in oven until golden brown.
