Nothing beats your home grown foods Organic Omelette phase 2 lunch and phase 3 breakfast

This is a fresh tomato from my garden this morning and fresh eggs from my free range organic chooks.

•1 full egg with yolk and 1 egg white beaten together

•1 whole tomato chopped finely

• A sprinkle of your favourite spices (mine is chilli flakes)

Fry the egg in a non stick small pan, add ingredients and flip half way over and there you have it a nice healthy omelette. Perfect for a phase 2 lunch or a phase 3 breakfast.
